History

In 1978 AP&M started as a consultancy firm, specialized in Innovation Consultancy. The focus of the activities was to make companies "self learning", permanently orienting on market opportunities with a profound SWOT profile as fundament for future.
From 1981 on AP&M was qualified by Dutch Government, SME companies making use of their services were granted with subsidies on AP&M fee up till 70 % by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs
In 1985 the predecessor of AP&M TechTrans BV under the name of ECEDEE BV started the development of waste stream processing equipment as a spin-off activity of an innovation project with a client company. The initiative was supported by the Ministries of Economic Affairs, Ecology and Agriculture. Scientific support was contracted through Eindhoven University of Technology
In 1993 the first activities in Eastern-Europe were started by management audits in Belarusian firms and the top level management courses for directors of Belarusian companies. These were followed by management courses in Ukraine and in Lithuania
AP&M International BV was charged with the Trade Mediation and Project Development activities from 1995 on
In 1995-1998 AP&M was invited to participate in TACIS 94.01, a project for restructuring the Electronic Sector in Belarus. In the year 1998 Prof. Van Kemenade was invited for lecturing in the nowadays Insitute of Business and Management of Technology of Belarusian State University
From this year on AP&M also coordinated cooperation of Philips Company with Belarusian and Ukrainian Universities and graduates was starting , leading to support in hardware facilities for the universities, outplacement of scientific workers
From 1998 till now AP&M has outplaced, and mediated in contracting Scientific workers, Magister(MTD)- and PhD-students in Philips Research, Philips Consumer Electronics, Philips Semiconductor (now NXP), Philips Lighting, Delft-, Eindhoven-, Leuven-, Tilburg-, Trento-, and Wageningen-Universities
From 2000 on AP&M provided software services (outsourcing) to BeNeLux and German companies
From 2006 on Software (outsourcing) and High Tech activities are concentrated in AP&M TechTrans BV and the Trade Mediation and Project Management activities are concentrated in AP&M International BVl
